the Landing at Newport

The Landing at Newport is a unique condominium-hotel community overlooking Yaquina Bay. Condominium ownership at The Landing combines the benefits of owning your own coastal property with the convenience of an established, professionally managed property.

The Landing is self-managed by an on-site General Manager and supported by dedicated front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff who help care for the property and serve our owners and guests.

The Landing consists of two separate organizations:

The Landing at Newport Condominium Unit Owners Association
The Condominium Owners Association (COA) oversees the common areas, property maintenance, and other responsibilities of the condominium association.

The Landing at Newport Rental Pool, LLC
The Rental Pool operates The Landing's lodging program. Eligible owners may choose to participate in the Rental Pool and make their condominium available for short-term guest stays.

The Landing consists of 56 individually owned condominium units within our three-level waterfront complex.

The property is subject to City of Newport Conditional Use Permit 10-CUP-98. Under the Conditional Use Permit, units are designated as either residential (unrestricted) or condominium-hotel (restricted) units.

Up to 15 condominiums located on the second and third floors may be designated as residential units. The remaining condominiums are designated as condominium-hotel units and are subject to occupancy requirements, including a restriction that the same person or persons may not occupy a restricted unit for more than 29 consecutive days.

Owners may have the opportunity to participate in The Landing at Newport Rental Pool.

Rental Pool participation provides owners with an established way to make their condominium available to guests while The Landing handles the day-to-day hotel operations, including reservations, front desk services, housekeeping, and property support.

Participation in the Rental Pool is governed by the Rental Pool's operating documents, policies, and applicable requirements.
